Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Narratiq ("Service"), operated by Narratiq ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Narratiq is a software platform that allows independent consultants and consulting firms to create client assessments and generate branded PDF reports with AI-assisted narrative writing. The Service is currently in pre-launch; features and pricing described on our website are indicative and subject to change.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service or any particular pricing tier. Waitlist position is not transferable. We reserve the right to invite users in any order we choose.

3. Account and eligibility

To use the Service (once launched), you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Upload content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights
• Use the AI generation features to produce false, misleading, or deceptive reports intended to harm others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Narratiq — assessment templates, client responses, and generated reports. You grant us a limited licence to process and store this content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. AI-generated content

Narratiq uses AI to generate narrative text for reports. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing it with clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated text. You should apply your professional judgement before delivering any report.

7. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Intellectual property

The Narratiq platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you, other than the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements or professional standards.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland.
