Who built this
Narratiq is built by Daniel Kopka, a software engineer and product builder with a background in B2B SaaS. After working closely with independent consultants and fractional executives who relied on structured client assessments as a core part of their practice, one pattern became impossible to ignore: the tools existed to collect data and produce scores — but the written narrative was left entirely to the consultant, every time, from scratch.
The question that became Narratiq was simple: if a consultant can describe their methodology clearly, and the client's responses follow a structured format, why can't the first-draft narrative write itself?
What we're building
Narratiq is an AI-native assessment platform built around the consultant's delivery workflow. You define your methodology — your questions, your scoring dimensions, your weights. Clients complete the assessment through a clean, branded form. Narratiq scores the responses, generates the visualisations, and writes a structured narrative in consulting voice.
The result is a branded, client-ready PDF report. Generated in under two minutes. Ready for your review and sign-off before it reaches the client.
We're not building a generic AI writing tool or a survey platform that happens to export PDFs. We're building the specific workflow that independent consultants and boutique firms need to turn structured client engagements into polished deliverables — reliably, at scale, without the four-hour writing block.

- Your methodology is the product. Narratiq amplifies how you work — it doesn't replace it. The AI writes in the structure and voice you define.
- Client data stays yours. We never use your client data to train AI models. Processing happens via API with zero retention.
- Consultant-first means consultant-shaped. Every feature decision starts with the question: does this save a working consultant meaningful time on a real engagement?
